I am a Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC) Intern and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University. After undergrad, I sought a four-year rotation at Oregon Health and Science University where I worked in neuroscience research. After exploring psychological disorders at the level of the brain I began to appreciate the mind/body connection, and how mindfulness skills promote healing and foster symptom relief. I decided that my education and experience would best be served working with people one-on one, as a counselor.
Originally from Marin County, I have lived in Portland for 13 years and am a happy to call Oregon my home. I am passionate about yoga, meditation, music, brunch with friends, and helping animals.
